There is a threshold somewhere around the ninety-minute mark where a spa visit stops being an appointment and becomes an afternoon. Cross it and something changes — you stop mentally tracking the time, you stop composing emails in your head, and the treatment starts working on the part of you that actually needed it.
The signature package is built to cross that line comfortably. It is two and a half hours combining a full body scrub, an aromatherapy massage and a facial: Package B at the Viaduct is $295, and Package C at St Heliers is $280 with a mini facial.
Why this order and not another
The sequence is not arbitrary. Each stage prepares the next.
- Body scrub first. Exfoliation lifts the dull surface layer so everything applied afterwards reaches fresh skin. It also warms you up and gets circulation moving, which makes the massage more effective.
- Facial in the middle. Your skin is warm, your pores have relaxed, and you are already horizontal and unhurried. It is the ideal moment for a cleanse-and-treat.
- Aromatherapy massage last. Deliberately. Ending on thirty minutes of slow, scented, full-body work means you leave in the deepest state of the whole session rather than snapping out of it.
What happens in each stage
The scrub
Firm circular work over the whole body with our exfoliating blend, then serums and oils to hydrate and brighten. Covered throughout, with only the section being worked on exposed. If you want the detail, we have written a full guide to body scrubs.
The facial
Every Siri facial starts with a consultation — our facial therapist looks at your skin, asks what concerns you, and customises from there. That conversation is the point of the treatment, so come without makeup if you can, and be honest about what you actually use at home rather than what you think you should be using.
The massage
Thirty minutes of aromatherapy massage with a blend chosen for how your week has been. Ask for the relaxing end of the range unless you have to drive somewhere important afterwards.
"The first hour is for your skin. The last half hour is for the rest of you. People always think it will be the other way round."

Planning the afternoon
- Arrive ten minutes early. Not five. Rushing in flustered costs you the first fifteen minutes of the treatment.
- Eat something light beforehand. Two and a half hours is a long time on an empty stomach, and a full one is no better.
- Do not book anything after it. This is the mistake people regret most. Leave the rest of the day open.
- Come makeup-free if the facial matters to you, and skip retinol or strong acids for two or three days beforehand.
- Bring a hair tie. Both the scrub and the facial go better with hair out of the way.
The other package combinations
If two and a half hours is more than you want, or the facial is not your priority, the shorter and simpler options are worth knowing:
- Viaduct Package A — body scrub + 30-minute aromatherapy massage, 2 hours, $245
- St Heliers Package A — body scrub + aromatherapy massage, 2 hours, $225
- St Heliers Package B — infrared sauna + scrub + aromatherapy massage, 2.5 hours, $280 (sauna is St Heliers only)
The honest note
A package is not the cheapest way to get a massage — it is the best way to get an afternoon. If your goal is specifically to sort out a painful shoulder, put the money into a 90-minute deep tissue or herbal compress instead and save the package for a birthday. And if you are pregnant, have a skin condition, or are being treated for anything that affects your skin, tell us when you book and check with your doctor first.
Buying it for someone else? Packages make good gift vouchers — our guide to choosing a spa voucher explains when to give a specific treatment and when to give a value instead.
Common questions
Two and a half hours — a full body scrub, a facial and an aromatherapy massage, in that order.
$295 at our Viaduct spa (Package B) and $280 at St Heliers (Package C, with a mini facial). A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
Better not to, if the facial matters to you. Come with a clean face, and avoid retinol or strong exfoliating acids for two or three days beforehand.
Ask when you book — availability depends on therapists and rooms on the day. For a guaranteed side-by-side experience, book a couple massage instead: the Viaduct has two couple rooms and St Heliers has one.
